what constitutes a suitable site?
When assessing a site, we look at many things.
Line of sight – possible “air time” for an advertiser
Vegetation- risk of future obstruction
Government regulations; do they allow for a billboard to be constructed in that location
Site access for construction and maintenance
Soil conditions for foundations
Will there be a win-win situation for all parties involved
who owns the billboard?
We own the billboard structure and we lease the right to access and maintain the land from the landowner. The advertiser owns the “skin”, however if a payment is missed we reserve the right to remove and retain the skin until all monies are received.
how often am i paid?
That is up to the land owner, some want to be paid monthly whilst others want payments bi-annually to coincide with Council Rates being issued. Some also prefer to be paid annually. All payments are in advance and we work with you to provide the most desired outcome.
